Please ensure that you enter the correct Transaction ID.

Do not abuse the system (entering a wrong code more than 5 times a temporary or permanent block of your IP address).

The ID number allows you to check in real-time on a secured page the progress on your purchase or sale. You can verify the followings:

For Sellers

• progress on the sale of your property;
• all scheduled viewing appointments;

For Buyers

• confirmation of the earnest money deposit;
• confirmation of all details for property viewing (date, hour, place, name and contact details of the agent designated for the sale);
• on this part of the page you will receive the pre-agreement and a copy of all details that we hold for and about you;
• confirmation for release of earnest money deposit from our bank in case you decide not to go through with the purchase.
