Renting Process

The rental process is standard and follows the basic procedures – a summary

• Property valued by agent
• Estate agent instructed
• Property marketed (online, window, newspapers, etc.)
• Potential tenant viewings
• Potential tenant offers
• Term and rent agreed
• Reserve deposit taken
• References checked
• Agreement signed and deposit taken
• Property prepared for tenants
• Inventory taken and agreed by all parties
• Tenants move in

NOTE

The procedures and commisions differ from country to country. The procedure details will be presented by telephone or at sight after viewing the property. All letting properties are listed only on local listing websited or newspapers.

Commissions

The Landlord will pay a 10% for tenant finding services, all KYC checks, reminder when gas certs due, Memorandums for extension of contract.

By choice an additional 2% will be charged for collecting the rent, transfer to Landlord's bank account, monthly statements, and financial year end reports for accountant.

Full management would be 16%.
